Happy Diwali(the Indian festival of lights)

Happy Diwali to all my readers.

May the diyas (oil lamps) of love and light illuminate your lives constantly and
may the sweetness of mithai(indian sweets) sweeten all your days.

Have been busy preparing a lot of mithai for friends and family for this
festive season.

Will put up some recipes in a few weeks.

The green mithai pictured above is the coconut mithai and in the last
row is the cashew mithai recipes for which have been posted already.
The other two are Bhugal mawa and Sev ki barfi.(singar ji mithai).
